My story
Coming from training at the School of Fine Arts, and after a career as a music producer and numerous trips across continents, Touraine welcomed me from 2005 to embrace a new career; in the vineyard. After a stint at the Bacchus lair as a wine merchant in Paris, and by co-organizing the Vindiou tasting club, and the Loire en Scène salons, I was introduced to the work of the vineyard and wine.
First alongside Pierre, Emmanuel and Stéphanie Caslot at the Domaine de la Chevalerie in Bourgueil, at Clos Cristal in Saumur, then with the Amirault family, Xavier and Agnes at Clos des Quarterons in Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil. Today I am a farmer with Agnès and Xavier in Benais on a few hectares of Bourgueil.
